Rolf Koops - Principal
Rolf has over 25 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer specialising in tax, trusts, superannuation, business transactions and property. He has advised extensively on all aspects of commercial transactions for public and private enterprises as well as high net worth family groups. In recent years Rolf has focused on advising on direct and indirect Federal and State taxes, corporate tax planning and restructuring, tax disputes, superannuation, and estate planning.
His legal experience is complemented by years of hands on experience as a business owner in a number of different industries, including financial planning services, property development, finance and IT.
Rolf also has extensive commercial litigation experience in various jurisdictions including Supreme and Federal Courts and the AAT.
